Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel/resort
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Operate phone systems, respond to calls, and take messages
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Multilingual skills are a plus for assisting international guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
