Call Center Representative Duties:
· Providing customer service to nursing home staff, physician office staff and patients by talking with clients on the phone
- Entering data into a specialized computer systems
- Scheduling laboratory tests
- Dispatching phlebotomists and couriers
- Tracking open jobs for timely completion
- Reporting of patient test results
- Monitor STATs and Hospital Drop-OFFS
- Multitasker and accurate
- Excellent typing skills
- Saturday - 1:00pm - 9:00pm, Sunday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Call Center Representative Requirements:
· Ability to communicate clearly and speak/write in English
· Interact professionally with employees and clients alike and satisfy client inquiries effectively.
· Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
· Previous experience in healthcare and knowledge of laboratory terminology a plus.

Our Call Center team members work together in a fast-paced work environment handling incoming and outgoing client calls as well as communication of test results. Strong communication skills are needed, though training will be provided.
