GreenBox Home Services is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative!
This administrative position serves our customers by receiving all incoming phone calls, scheduling all service appointments, scheduling all return trips when needed, and regular outbound calling duties/tasks as assigned. Our CSRs assist technicians in the field by providing informational and follow-up scheduling support (customer information, job histories, etc.). This position maintains a customer database with current information and processes documentation/paperwork as needed. CSRs apprise customers of the company's schedules and work with the corresponding department to serve our customer's needs as quickly as possible. Participation in the after-hours on-call rotation is required.

Job Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS for a Customer Service Representative:
- "Smiles and Says Hi!" Greets all customers and associates; assists in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Shows empathy.
- Knowledge in the HVAC and Plumbing industry is preferred, but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Organized
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of Mac products is a plus
- Software Proficiency - Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and other communication tools
- The ability and preference to work in a 'paperless' environment
- Geographical familiarity with Lexington and surrounding counties
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems independently
- Consistent attendance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including email and texting
- Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team and interact effectively with others
The qualified candidate will also possess the following:
- Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service Experience
