Finca, the award-winning Chef David Pratt’s newest farm to table and all wood-fired restaurant, will be opening in July at the new River Street Marketplace in Historic San Juan Capistrano. Finca will be a true scratch kitchen that will collaborate with regenerative farms and ranches to source its products.
The Finca Team is currently hiring line cooks with varied levels of experience. Whether you are seeking an entry-level position or are an experienced cook, we have a position that may be the right fit for you.
