Artisan Painting of Houston is an accomplished, energetic, and competitive, sales professional to the Houston and Surrounding areas. The perfect candidate has a warm engaging personality; brings high energy and a strong work ethic; and has pride in satisfying their customers. The successful RSA will persist towards hitting goals and possess a "winning" attitude. Our RSA is responsible for meeting with our customers in their homes to create and present customized solutions for their painting needs. The keys to success in the RSA role are the abilities to build relationships with our customers and assist them as a consultative salesperson.
Our team has become the largest and most recommended painting contractor in the local area because of our people and their commitment to excellence in all they do. Strength of character, leadership and ambition carry more weight in our selection process than industry experience. Compensation includes a base salary + _uncapped_ commissions. First year earners can expect to make $50-100K Per year.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $74,839.72 per year
