Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Intensive Community Based Services, the Intensive Services Clinical Manager supervises members of the FSP, Wraparound and. or FSP teams. These staff can include Parent Partners, Therapists, Child and Family Specialists and Facilitators. The IS Clinical Manager will supervise 10-14 staff. They will meet with their staff as teams each week and individually as needed depending on the requirements of each position. The IS Clinical Manager is also responsible to develop, plan and conduct group supervision for the clinicians working within the IS programs. The Intensive Services Clinical Manager ensures that the treatment provided is consistent with Penny Lane Center’s philosophy and with Intensive Services principles. In addition, the Clinical Manager will ensure that all services meet the current standards for quality of care, medical necessity, and other requirements as defined by the L.A. County Department of Mental Health. The Intensive Services Clinical Manager is accountable for staff development and performance improvement. The Intensive Services Clinical Manager is responsible for promoting appropriate and effective care through established monitoring systems.
The IS Clinical Manager needs to be collaborative, and able to work effectively as part of a team. The IS Clinical Manager needs to have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position requires the ability to work independently, good clinical judgment, and excellent planning/organizational skills. The best candidate for this position will be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Requirements:

A minimum of a Master’s Degree with two years post-licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, Ph.D., or Psy.D. with 1 year of supervisory experience.

Must have had increasing levels of responsibility as a supervisor, manager, and/or administrator. Ability to write routine case notes, reports, correspondence, and program policies and procedures.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of clients or employees of the organization.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, agency representatives, and the general public.

Bilingual Spanish Preferred (verbal and written skillset).

Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.
Position Location: Lancaster, CA
Salary Range: $93,450 - $113,350 per year
Additional $5,000 per year bilingual Spanish differential.
Eligible employees may request up to 5 days of Paid Time Off to study for their licensure.
