Manager, Actuarial II
HealthCare Support is actively seeking an
Manager, Actuarial II to fill an opening with a prestigious Healthcare company
.
Daily Responsibilities for Manager, Actuarial II:
- Perform or support trend analysis.
- Perform or support forecasting.
- Collect and analyze data to use for financial and utilization reporting and monitoring (including IBNR).
- Develop pricing models and support pricing requests which may include rate filings, benefit adjustment factors, fee schedule analysis, new product pricing, etc.
- Accountable for maintaining effective internal controls over the processes and transactions under areas of responsibility including the completeness and accuracy of financial information and transactions, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
Required Qualifications for Manager, Actuarial II:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably within Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, or a related field, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- ASA designation from Society of Actuaries required
- Requires 7+ years of Actuarial and/or statistics experience and attainment of Associate level in the Society of Actuaries (ASA)
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and intermediate experience with MS Office Suite

Pay Details: $121,800 - $166,215 Salary + Annual Bonus up to 10%
