Assistant Manager
Job Summary:
Assist the Store Manager by servicing customers, supervising staff, processing shipment, and displaying merchandise.
Duties:
*Promote sales by answering customer questions and providing product information.
* Service customers by obtaining merchandise requested, give access to dressing rooms, and completing payment transactions.
* Maintains a safe and clean store environment by ensuring all pathways are clear and merchandise and racks are properly displayed.
* Maintains quality service by learning the company's policy and procedures and enforcing organization standards.
* Display a professional appearance by adhering to company dress code.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
2 to 3 yrs retail experience
Excellent customer service skills
High energy and self motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
