Position Overview: As a Field Services (Travel) Team Project Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing field service missions, supporting traditional office operations, and managing nontraditional projects and launches. This position demands strong leadership, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for ensuring safety protocols are followed, customer relationships are managed effectively, and projects are executed with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

Oversee all teams within assigned location(s) to ensure operations adhere to standards and safety protocols.

Develop comprehensive work instructions and conduct training sessions for team leaders and inspectors on project-specific procedures.

Manage and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Project Coordination and Customer Relations:

Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment procurement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

Field Service Operations:

Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in utilizing hand tools and/or power tools for installations and repairs.

Execute problem-solving decisions with innovative thinking, adapting to diverse work environments and challenges.

Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the proper use of fall protection systems and personal protective equipment.

Administrative Duties:

Complete all required training classes to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including documentation and reporting requirements.

Maintain accurate records of project milestones, expenses, and other relevant data.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality.

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a related field.

Experience in business-to-business customer relations preferred.

Must possess a valid Driver's License with a good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Ability to travel to customer facilities on short notice, with up to 75% travel including overnight stays.
