The Role: As a BCBA with us, you'll play a vital role in fostering positive change and growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assures that all clinical objectives in each individual’s Treatment Plan/ISP/IEP are addressed. Assures that step-by-step programs and data collection systems are appropriate and effective. Completion of Behavioral Assessments and/or relevant educational assessments.
- Reviews and analyzes the data on a routine basis with relevant staff (teachers, paraprofessionals, coordinators, etc). Analysis of data collected to determine teaching program effectiveness. Modify programs as necessary
- In conjunction with the teaching & management staff, conducts reliability checks on the training and Clinical / educational programs.
- Provides clinical / behavioral summaries to relevant team members and others who have been approved to access data (physicians, private psychologists, consultants, etc.).
- Assures that the Behavior management plans meet the requirements of appropriate regulatory agencies. Assures that all of the necessary reviews and approvals of behavior plans are documented appropriately.
- Develops and oversees home service training curricula in Applied Behavioral Analysis and other treatment methodology.
- Monitors ongoing status of contracted services to ensure that delivery of supports meets IEP and contracted standards.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with agencies providing contracted services.
- Performing intake visits on potential clients. Complete all required paperwork and recommendation of services.
- Maintenance of clinical records. Ensure that records are kept up to date, in compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies and procedures.
- Development of individual goals and objectives to be included in the Individual Family Service Plan/Individual Education Plan/Individual Support Plan.
- Oversee the collection of data for each goal/objective during each teaching session.
- Oversee the completion of progress reports on a monthly basis or more frequently if noted in a contract or Individual Family Service Plan/Individual Education Plan/Individual Support Plan.

The Clinical Coordinator is a clinical / administrative position responsible for clinical program development and evaluation and monitoring of the quality of those services within home, center or community based locations for individuals supported within Amego’s BEST Clinical Network. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the oversight of the program design, implementation and training of clinical programs; research; program management; and staff training.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, or Management Discipline.
- Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- MA - Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)
- Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License.
- Ability to handle confidential information is required.
- Reliable, responsible and consistent.
- Excellent judgment required.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
