Position Overview:As a Fundraising Manager at Wosom, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by securing funding from investors, managing relationships, and ensuring adequate financial resources to support our expansion and development goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with Wosom's growth objectives and financial needs.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors, venture capitalists, and other funding sources to secure investments.
- Prepare compelling pitch decks, financial projections, and presentations for fundraising activities.
- Lead negotiations with potential investors, managing the due diligence process and closing investment deals.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align fundraising goals with business strategies and milestones.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market opportunities, and investor preferences to refine fundraising approaches.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing investors, providing regular updates and reports on financial performance and milestones achieved.
- Contribute to the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven track record in fundraising, venture capital, or investment banking, ideally within the tech startup or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, valuation methods, and investor relations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and convincingly.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify fundraising opportunities.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and a results-driven approach to achieving fundraising targets.
