The Beverage Cart/Golf Concessions Attendant is responsible for food preparation, serving of beverages and completing POS transactions at the Clock Garden Café and on the Golf Course. Additional responsibilities include ensuring appropriate inventory levels are maintained, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen equipment and beverage carts as well as the overall cleanliness of the Clock Garden pavilion area.

Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.

Prepare short-order menu items at the Clock Garden Café through operation of applicable kitchen equipment.

Utilize safe and sanitary food handling and food preparation practices at all times.

Serve beverages, including alcoholic beverages.

Complete all sales transactions accurately via a POS terminal.

Maintain a high level of sanitation and cleanliness daily, to include cleaning of all kitchen equipment daily.

Maintain a clean bar and pavilion area of the Clock Garden Café.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Ability to operate a golf cart safely.

Prior experience with food production and food preparation methods preferred.

Prior experience operating basic kitchen equipment and utensils preferred.

Prior experience serving alcoholic beverages preferred.
