Receptionists/Assistent are responsible for Greeting clients, answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking accurate messages, cashiering, scheduling appointment, remind clients appointment, check out clients, taking payments and other tasks us need and/or assigned. Following up on appointments, opening and closing duties. Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
To perform their role effectively, receptionists must have knowledge of products and services offered by the company and must also be able to provide correct answers to questions from clients.
The receptionist also has the role of making sure clients do not leave the salon with a negative feeling by finding out from them how they were treated while at the salon
Receive customer feedback and direct them to appropriate offices for resolution.
Keep the reception area clean and conducive for clients as they wait for their turn to be attended too
Assist supervisors us need.
Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalency
Excellent customer service skills
Strong teamwork mentality
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to work 38-45 hours per week, including Saturdays.
Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Be able to lift 20-40 pounds

Responsibilities
Schedule: 5 days per week, including Saturdays
Ability to work 38-45 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays if is need in the future
As the Receptionist, you will greet and welcome potential and existing clients to the store
Additionally, you will perform other administrative duties to manage the day-to-day operations of your store
Ensure a positive client experience by exhibiting excellent customer service
Field incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer general questions
Confirm appointments, communicate with clients and maintain and update client records
Send appointments Reminders to all the appointments.
Make outgoing calls to clients for consultation follow-up and notification of promotions and events (no cold calling)
Support staff with clinic needs such as; treatment room upkeep, event support, and salon upkeep
Process financial transactions
Perform daily opening and closing duties
Administrative support functions such as e-mail, filing, photocopying, faxing, etc
- Writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Welcoming Costumers and visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit
- Managing calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Other duties us assigned.
