Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to surpass targets for Containers, Offices, and custom products.
- Allocate time efficiently between outbound prospecting, inbound inquiry conversion, and in-person account development
- Identify and prioritize potential customers and market segments for business development.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
- Use our customized CRM for performance tracking and customer management.
- Maintain detailed sales records and generate regular performance reports.
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ year of outbound prospecting or relevant sales experience.
- Ability to travel 10%-20% for field visits (no overnight travel required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Office and virtual meeting platforms.
- Preferred: Experience in transactional sales, leasing, and consultative selling.
