C-TEC of Licking County is hiring a Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager provides leadership and direction to the staff pertaining to the maintenance and safe operation of the buildings, grounds, and equipment of C-TEC. This position requires certification to operate the facility in the most efficient, fiscal and responsible manner. She/he has delegated authority over maintenance and custodial personnel. Preferred Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering or alternative training/experience. Experience in facility operations preferred. Five years experience in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities. Ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions. Ability to read blueprints and to work from rough drawings and to effectively carry out oral and written instructions.

Pay: $76,081.00 - $103,470.00 per year
