The Opportunity
The Customer Service Representative serves a critical function on our team – making sure that our customers receive top-notch service. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, assessing their needs, and scheduling jobs for our customers.

Compensation & Benefits
- $18/hour + Performance Bonus and Incentives. Our CSRs averaged over $28/hour in 2023!

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective and current customers

Schedule appointments

Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule jobs

Dispatch on-call technicians to urgent customer needs

Requirements
