Your Role: We’re actively seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. If you’re passionate about working with children and dedicated to making a positive impact in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we want to hear from you. As a BCBA, you’ll lead our treatment team, developing and overseeing behavior intervention programs for individuals with ASD. Your role will involve conducting assessments and designing intervention plans to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification: Must hold current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience: Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is highly valued.
- Passion and Impact: A genuine passion for working with children and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact in the field of ABA therapy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Reliability: Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a background check and other employment prerequisites.
