Green Mill Restaurant & Bar in Albert Lea is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead our growing bar business while effectively serving our loyal guests!
Qualified candidates should bring the following to the table:
- Experience leading a high volume restaurant.
- General understanding of P&L management, marketing, labor control, and cost of goods control.
- Leadership skills to hire, train, motivate, and develop team members to set and achieve service standards and sales goals.
- "Guest first" centered attitude.
- Schedule flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Superior communication and computer skills to include Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Top notch organization and timeliness.
- A willingness to learn, grow and be flexible.
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Shift management, including staff management, guest relations, food quality and overall operations management on shift; reporting to the General Manager.
- Guest service & interaction.
- Staff hiring, training & evaluation.
