Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory surgery environment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess their overall condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques.
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe healthcare environment.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to move patients with proper body mechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-ACLS and PALS required.
-Ability to adapt to a changing environment and work as part of a team a must.
-Perioperative or Operating Room experience preferred
