High-End Day Spa seeks Front Desk Coordinator
Overview:
The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a genuine desire to ensure that every guest feels balanced and valued.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Handle reservations and appointments efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about our services and products
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities
- Uphold the spa's standards of excellence in customer service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in learning new software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
- $13 to $15 per hour
- Two incentive bonuses per pay period
