Position Summary:
To assist with administrative needs of the office and database department.
Role and Responsibilities:
This person’s job responsibility includes, but are not limited to, the following:

Create tribute cards, mailing envelopes, and certificates

E-file gift batches
-
Assist donors with tributes or donations

Open mail and sort incoming donations
-
Work with constituent records in database
-
Other duties as requested by supervisor

Physical requirements:
This job operates in a professional office environment and sometimes provides event assistance at various venues. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands and arms to work and carry. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds
Qualifications and Education Requirements

High School diploma

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and strong data entry skills
- Good verbal and written communication, Good organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
