Newrest ATL, a multinational leader in the in-flight catering industry, is seeking a Pick Pack Lead to join our team. This individual is responsible for performing various possible tasks involving everything with beverages and snacks. This may entail emptying snacks and beverages from returned carts, filling trays with beverages and snacks, or filling carts with the same products. Other responsibilities may include creating snack baskets or arranging cutlery and tableware. Although the individual may not do all the responsibilities mentioned below, employees must be willing and able to perform the tasks below as assignments change frequently and without notice.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Pushcarts (empty, partially filled, or completely full) from one’s own area of responsibility to another.
- Unload carts by removing trays and emptying leftover snacks into appropriate bins.
- Unload carts by removing trays and rearranging leftover drinks with the appropriate number per tray.
- Load carts with appropriate beverage and snack trays.
- Load beverage and alcohol trays to the appropriate row and aisle.
- Label the carts with the appropriate order and time label.
- Place cones on carts to determine the correct flight.
- Arrange carts by flight for easy follow-up and quality check.
- Reorganize left-over snack bags to ensure the correct quantity is in the new bags.
Responsibilities:
- Rotate products as appropriate and provide designated items to appropriate departments.
- Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Conduct inbound processes of new merchandise in accordance with guidelines and following all prescribed procedures, ability to understand specificities for each airline.
- Physical and administrative handling of merchandise
- Take appropriate action to label, store, sort, and dispose of merchandise as instructed.
- Inform the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager of daily activity and/or any issues/concerns.
- Assist in maintaining Security and Health and Safety requirements.
- Ensure adherence to procedural and policy requirements.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- This position requires the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by the team lead or management.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift items/packages (up to 35 lbs./15 kg)
