Responsibilities
· Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
· Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
· Assist with the recruitment process.
· Maintain the Human Resources Calendar
· Assist with the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
· Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
· Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
· Assist with orientations and update records of new staff.
· Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
· Complete and Maintain insurance credentialing for facility and license staff
· Assist with intake of patient complaints
· Maintains and handles to a high degree confidential information which could have an immediate negative impact on the company operations, performance, or value if shared beyond its intended audience.
· Other Administrative duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant preferred
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Multi-tasking and flexibility a must
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
