- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, case managers, and families to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality and respect.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and ICD-10 codes to document patient progress and outcomes.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the needs of working people with developmental disabilities, with a focus on promoting healthy behaviors and lifestyles.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling.
Experience:
- A master's or doctoral degree in a field relevant to mental health counseling (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
- Licensure or certification in the field of mental health counseling (e.g., LCSW (A), LMFT, LCMHC (A)).
