Position Overview:
As a Plastic Sales Representative focused on new sales growth, your primary responsibility is to drive the acquisition of new customers and expand market share for our products. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential customers in target industries and geographical regions.
Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and industry conferences to generate leads.
Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and purchasing authority.
Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
Organize product demonstrations to highlight the quality and performance of our products.
Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within prospective client organizations.
Establish trust and credibility by providing valuable insights, industry knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the plastics industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of plastic materials, manufacturing processes, and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willing to travel to meet with customers and potential customers.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
