Method Rehab is a non-profit division of Walker Methodist which provides Physical Therapy, Occupation Therapy, and Speech Therapy to multiple locations throughout the Twin Cities area.
Walker Methodist Method Rehab is recruiting for a Physical Therapist to join their rehabilitation team. This position will support our east-side Twin Cities locations with case management of community physical therapy home care and outpatient services, completing home care start of cares, PTO/leave coverage, and fill in at our TCU as needed.
Schedule: .8 FTE (~30-32 hrs/wk)
Minimum qualifications:
MN Physical Therapist certification
Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist
Proven positive skills in working successfully with a team or independently
Diverse background in clinical experiences and training with the senior population
Creative, proven communication skills and the ability to prioritize and organize
High degree of self-motivation and commitment to the patients we serve
Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships
Ability to live Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles
