Job Title: Enterprise Client Merchandiser

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Punctual team player with experience in customer and vendor relations experience, excellent attention to detail, exceptional communication, and the ability to handle and resolve logistical issues with clients from start to finish. Professional and able to lift 15+ lbs. frequently, on your feet, and frequent bending.
Daily, our Agora Operators will visit multiple clients to perform the below duties:
Restocking and Aesthetic Management
- Daily stocking of fridges, drawers, snack bins, coffee machines
- Merchandising all products to ensure each display looks perfect (e.g., each label facing forward, each row of cans is in line)
- Rinsing and cleaning cycles on all coffee and water machines
- Wiping down coffee and water machines to remove dirt or clean spills
Inventory Management
- Daily and weekly inventory of products in storage
- Identifying slow- and fast-moving products and making recommendations based on observations
- Predicting and planning for inventory issues (e.g., we are going to run out of napkins after tomorrow's lunch) Ordering products for a client site
- Client Communication and Liaison to Agora Refreshments Team
- Daily check-ins with the client to review inventory reports (e.g., product ABC is moving very slow) and upcoming deliveries
- Building a relationship with each client
- Gathering feedback from the client on ways we can improve
- Communicate any issues or needs to the Agora team (e.g., coffee machine broken, kegerator pouring foamy beer, refrigerator not cold)
- Communicating upcoming special events to the Agora team (e.g., the client is having a holiday party next week)
- Meeting our drivers upon delivery to each office

- Customer Service: solving customer challenges on the spot with the end goal of solving for their happiness!
- Reliable: Our Operators must be punctual and reliable. When Operators are absent, this affects our operations and our business.
- Multi-tasking: dealing with unpredictable requests from customers and the team
- Prioritization: executing and delegating short-term tasks that require quick turnaround while also progressing on long-term projects
- Morning person: Early morning is required in this role

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities but will oversee accounts and report issues with the Operations Manager.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
None required.
Language Skills:
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, invoices, SOP's and instructions; write routine reports and correspondence. Effectively present information in a one-on-one situation and small group situations to customers or vendors and other employees.
Math skills:
Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; compute rate, ratio, discounts, interest and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to identify problems and escalate them.

The employee must be able to reach with hands and arms to type frequently throughout the day and reach and stoop to stock warehouse product shelves and other warehouse functions. The incumbent is required to read and respond to documents in hard copy and electronic form. The incumbent will regularly be required to lift 15+ pounds of inventory.
