Service Coordinator - Office Position
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to support our fast-paced Facility Maintenance Division within The Barron Companies. What you will be doing………..
This is the ideal position for a knowledgeable and collaborative person who has a passion to assist customers on the phone and fulfill service orders in a timely and professional manner. This is an office job and does not require travel or hands-on maintenance work. The candidate will be using his or her knowledge of property maintenance and repairs to process work orders for multiple properties throughout the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
· High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
· Experience in facilities management or maintenance management is a plus!
· 3+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools.
· Experienced with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications. Operating software is Prism and experience is preferred but not required.
