POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide meals for all clients in the residential facility. Performs specific tasks under the supervision of the Program Director.
COORDINATION:
SHALL (BE):
- Prepare three (3) nutritious meals for clients according to regulations and guidelines of Health Department.
- Wear appropriate attire when preparing meals.
- Participate in special projects assigned by the Program Director.
- Maintain kitchen so that area is kept free of all germs.
- Maintain dining room to ensure that area is kept clean.
- Report to the Program Director any problems which may arise with kitchen equipment and get approval for repair.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma
- 2 or more years experience
