1. Leadership Skills: Seeking a dynamic leader with extensive luxury dining management experience. The ideal candidate will be able to inspire, motivate, and mentor our team, consistently delivering exceptional service and fostering a culture of excellence.
2. Restaurant Management Experience: Must have a robust background in managing luxury dining restaurant operations. This includes comprehensive knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house procedures, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding guest experiences.
3. Exceptional Communication: Clear communication is key to ensuring top-notch service to our Guests.
4. Problem-Solving Abilities: The restaurant industry is dynamic and challenges are inevitable. We need someone who can think on their feet and find quick and effective solutions.
5. Passion for Hospitality: Above all, we're seeking individuals who are genuinely passionate about providing unforgettable dining experiences.
Job Duties:
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction; Respond efficiently to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise employee performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory
- Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
- Acute financial management skills; Control costs and cut waste
- Successfully promote and publicize the brand
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as restaurant supervisor
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Operating hours of the restaurant are five days a week. Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Experience with Google Suites, Toast, 7Shifts and an understanding of inventory control systems is a plus
- Possess strong organizational skills and can effectively prioritize needs (solid multi-tasker)
- Able to take direction as well as delegate tasks accordingly
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills; able to easily interact with diverse employees.
