Are you passionate about driving and making a positive impact on students' lives? We're currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Per Diem Transporters. As a Transporter, you'll play a crucial role in safely transporting students to and from appointments and home for the weekends across New England.

Position Summary:
As a Per Diem Transporter, you'll be responsible for ensuring the timely transportation and supervision of our clients during off-site appointments and authorized home visits. Your role will involve fostering student success and engagement while practicing 100% supervision. Key responsibilities include:
· Celebrating student successes and reinforcing positive behavior.
· Engaging with students as a compassionate and understanding professional.
· Obtaining TCI certification and implementing TCI principles.
· Managing student medications effectively.
· Utilizing ARC principles to support student success.
· Handling student crises with compassion and seeking positive outcomes.
· Facilitating off-site appointments with careful planning.
· Communicating with Behavioral Specialists regarding potential high-risk behaviors.
· Practicing negotiation and collaboration with students to achieve program goals.
· Professionally documenting service delivery and behavior-related incidents.
· Managing personal stress levels effectively.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:
To be successful in this role, you must:
· Meet safe driver guidelines established by our insurance carrier.
· Pass a criminal history background check.
· Be 21 years of age or older.

Pay: $15.18 - $15.82 per hour
