Pool and Hot Tub Technician for growing company

Island Spas and Pools is actively seeking Route Technicians to fill full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions with benefits available to long term team members to meet the expanding work needs in the Brunswick County/Wilmington area.
A Route Technician contributes to the growing success of Island Spas and Pools delivering quality service to our residential and commercial sites which creates a safe and immaculate environment for all. You would be the front line in representing Island Spas and Pools as world class service.
Maintenance Technician Requirements
- The swimming pool maintenance Technician position is responsible for all aspects of pool maintenance, water chemistry and basic swimming pool repairs.
- Techs must be able to work with others and also the ability to work independently using good decision-making, organization and troubleshooting skills, while having good communication skills with customers, superiors and main office, possess personal and professional integrity.
- Adhere to the operation, policies, procedures and standard as Team Members of Island Spas and Pools.
- Ability to regulatory lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds, Available to work outdoors, 5-7 days a week. Must be dependable and accountable.
- Prior swimming pool industry experience or CPO (Certified Pool Operator) training is a strong benefit but not required.
