Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Duties:
- Supports all employees from Leadership Team to Front-Line colleagues; delivers and executes HR processes, solutions and implements strategies to further our objectives.
- Collaborates with HR Center of Excellence to ensure best-in-class delivery of Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition resources to the plant.
- Is an effective and frequent presence on manufacturing floor, interacting with employees to reinforce Henkel cultural values and address employee concerns.
- Algins with talent acquisition and hiring managers on all open positions, posting, screening, interviews, and offer stage.
- Support department leaders with retaining employees and ensuring an engaged workforce.
- Guide and advise talent on all aspects of employee-related issues, including manager/employee issues, policies & procedures, misconduct, investigations, terminations, and reorganizations.
- Is Champion of Henkel DEI commitment & Steers diversity and integration management.
- Understands data storytelling using dashboards and visualization tools and uses data to make solid decisions.
- Coordinates performance and talent management process and acts as moderator locally while thinking transdisciplinary
- Delivers and executes HR processes, advices and supports on policies accurately and with a service orientation
Qualifications:
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years professional HR experience, preferred in manufacturing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of concepts, practices, and proceduresin areas such as dispute resolution, performance management, and employment law, employee relations, recruiting/staffing, communications, training, compensation and benefits administration, and record keeping.
- Ability to travel 10% time
The salary for this role is $85,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
