The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison between the company and its customers. The role involves managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, handling complaints, providing information about products and services, and processing orders. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and possesses excellent communication skills.
- Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers promptly and courteously.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and taking appropriate action to ensure resolution.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Order Processing: Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report on recurring issues to improve service quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
