We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order & invoice Processing Staff member to join our team. The Order Processing Staff will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves reviewing order information, entering data into our system, coordinating with various departments, and communicating with customers to provide order updates.
Responsibilities:

Receive and review customer orders via email, phone, or online.

Enter order details accurately into our order processing system, including item numbers, quantities, pricing, and shipping information.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and arrange for shipment or delivery.

Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery dates, and any potential issues or delays.

Summary invoices of expenses

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to enter data quickly and efficiently.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including order processing software, Microsoft Office suite, and email.
