Role Description: As the Director of Sales, you will be the key individual responsible for operating, building, training, and leading our retail sales team. Qualifications:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the snack world
- At least 3 years of experience in the snack industry
- Strong existing network with retail channels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel to meet with clients, attend conferences, and participate in trade shows as needed
