Overview:
The Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Intake Supervisor position will serve as the leader for the BHS Intake
Team and is responsible for the management of all eligibility and new client referral processes. This role will
also maintain compliance with regulatory standards and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to
optimize client outcomes.

Min: USD $47,000.00/Yr. Max: USD $52,000.00/Yr. Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
- Oversee and lead the intake team to ensure insurance eligibility and new client referrals are processed
in a time manner.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all BHS contractors including onboarding, workload
assignments, oversee contractors job duties, and invoice and payment process.
- Analyze assessment data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and training needs.
- Manage the clinical assessment and CANS processes to ensure timely diagnostic and service
eligibility requirements are met for new and existing clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely client information data entry is completed for clients is conducted in
various client information systems.
- Serve as a liaison between the Intake Team and other departments within the organization.
- When needed, communicate effectively with clients and their families regarding assessment results
and treatment recommendations.
- Prepare and present reports on assessment outcomes, team performance, and compliance metrics to
senior management.
- Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory
agency standards.
- May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete
company vehicle training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human services, business, statistics, or related field required. The ideal candidate will
have experience managing insurance eligibility processes.
