The Role
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, including, bot not limited to Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a Secretary, Executive Administrative Assistant or other administrative professional and familiarity within our industry, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Administrative Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
This a full-time position of approximately 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Process mail, sort/deliver and forward as required
- Review and respond to email inquiries
- Handle general inquiries from customers, take payments
- Provide administrative support to the owner and managers
- Supplement the activity of our Customer Service and Sales Team
Requirements
- Previous experience as a secretary, executive assistant or customer service representative
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound phone calls
This is an unlicensed position.
