The Senior Account Administrator sets up and maintains client account information in the PeopleSoft financial system and CMS2 claims system. The Senior Account Administrator also organizes, writes, and disseminates administrative information for client accounts via the Accounting Data Reporting Form (ADR), service fee billing parameter documents, and other instructional memoranda. In addition, the Senior Account Administrator assists the manager with the review of work completed by the Account Administrators, end of month processing, and oversees training.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes extensive client account information including loss funding, service fee pricing, and billing information submitted by the Account Executives for accuracy prior to entering and releasing that information into the PeopleSoft financial system and CMS2. Provide overall post-sales support, solutions, and quality assurance during the processing of new program setups, renewals, non-renewals, and all miscellaneous changes to existing programs. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills required as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Training of new and existing Account Administrators. This training includes reviewing, for accuracy, all program information entered for new program setups, renewals, non-renewals, and miscellaneous changes in the PeopleSoft financial system. The review includes the CIS,
- Contracts/Amendments and Project Costing environments. Also provide insight and direction to associates based on knowledge of the software and associated database skills (SQL queries), while understanding the complex business processes (service fee invoicing, revenue recognition, adjustments) served by PeopleSoft.
- Assists the manager in expediting the processing and release of Broadspire and Crawford Claims Solutions new program setups, renewals, non-renewals, and program changes that have been submitted by the Account Executives. The ability to make decisions regarding the resolution of any issues that may be delaying the release of a program is required.
- Oversees PeopleSoft system enhancements for process improvements. Collaborates with the PeopleSoft Integration and Support Consultants, ensuring that all application defects and enhancements are designed, built, and tested to required specifications.
- Assists corporate departments on matters such as service fee and loss fund recipient change requests, billing rate discrepancies, program number issues, check coding/distribution difficulties, branch errors, and various other inquiries. Also provides solutions to problems encountered by branches for claims handling such as claims system functions (RiskTech and CMS2), check issuance, service fee billing, coverage code issues, and other problems as they arise.
- Performs End of Month processing in PeopleSoft to include the completion of the CIS Change Report. Assist the manager with any other End of Month processing including the coordination of agreement period updates as needed for contract generation.
- Maintains account documentation for audit purposes and assist manager with internal and external auditor requests by providing necessary documentation and other information.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or other related field.
- 3-5 years experience as a Account Administrator.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
