Senior Accountant
Pennoptic CPAs & Strategic Partners, a recent acquisition by Ross Buehler Falk & Company, is looking to hire a Senior Accountant to join the team at our small accounting firm, located in Denver, PA.

Duties
- Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements
- Review work of team members and provide feedback
- Perform and direct broadest range of accounting work to keep participation by managers and partners to a minimum
- Establish time budgets
- Manage production of quality deliverables on time, in scope and within budget
- Mentor and develop team members
- Research issues and provide advice to managers on the course of action
- Formulate conclusions consistent with firm policies and professional standards
- Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients
- Partake in internal/external networking activities while enhancing existing COI network
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or related degree with courses taken in accounting, or comparable work experience required.
- CPA License preferred
- 3+ years of public accounting tax exerience.
- Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions
- Demonstrate the ability to identify issues and propose solutions
- Strong analytical skills
- Leadership Skills
- Strong Project Management and Multi-tasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
