Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and possess expertise in applied behavior analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies
- Provide training to caregivers and other professionals on behavioral techniques
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in behavioral health, particularly working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy techniques
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Knowledge of special education practices and principles
- Ability to provide patient care with empathy and professionalism
