Graphic Designer Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, translate, and implement marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences.
- This includes graphic content, email templates, infographics, logos, print products, and cross-platform design deliverables.
- Create and edit draft artwork, prepare it for final print, pre- and post-production quality checks, and move creative projects forward in the approval process.
- Create wireframes or mockups for web pages and applications.
- Design layouts for moblie, tablet, and desktop devices.
- Design custom WordPress themes.
- Work with developers to implement visual elements of websites.
- Design the layout, visual elements, and usability of a website.
- Provide strategic and creative direction in all creative stages from conception to delivery.
- Communicate and present completed, creative strategy ideas to clients/team members.
- Overseeing brand consistency.
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and review junior designers' work to ensure high quality.
- Mentor junior designers, leveraging talent and resources.
- Prioritize deliverables and projects based on deadlines and importance.
Job Details
- This is a fully in-person role in the corporate office in Danville, CA (with some flexibility to work from home once established).
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field
- 5+ years as a graphic designer or in a lead role creating a diverse range of designs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency with task management systems. Bonus if you know Monday.com
- Familarity with CAD files

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $46.00 per hour
