Pay Benefits of the Project Manager:
- $70,000 to $80,000 per year salary.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure project objectives are met.
- Stay up to date with apprenticeship standards, and other applicable labor laws at the federal, state, and local levels.
- Ensure that project activities are on track and meeting objectives.
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to facilitate the recruitment, hiring, and training of apprentices as required by project specifications.
- Keep track of project locations, timelines and labor ratios.
- Facilitate the preparation and submission of required reports and documentation.
- Monitor project progress of actual apprentice labor hours against the planned labor curves and communicate to customer the need to take corrective actions when behind on apprentice labor hours.
- Work with the training department to ensure site locations are covered with appropriate trainers.
- Conduct frequent virtual meetings with clients and provide excellent customer service while working on demanding timelines.
Qualifications of the Project Manager:
- 3 years experience as a Project Manager.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
