Operations and Client Support Associate – Full Time (Middleburg Heights, OH)
Our office is currently seeking a full-time Operations and Client Support Associate. The right person for this position will be proficient with all Microsoft Office applications, with highest focus on Excel and Outlook, have solid written and verbal skills, be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, and demonstrate a strong customer service attitude with the ability to handle demanding client interactions. This candidate will also have outstanding time management skills to efficiently prioritize assignments, be able to work independently and multi-task required responsibilities.

In this role as Operations and Client Support Associate you will:
- Answer and evaluate incoming phone calls with the ability to handle general questions mitigating transfer call volume
- Assist walk-in clients and vendors
- Oversee incoming written correspondence, electronic communication, and miscellaneous requests deciphering when to escalate as needed
- Collaborate with and/or leading special projects and tasks assigned by management
- Handle client sensitive matters
- Create, manage, and edit association website content
- Develop and implement procedures to continually improve and streamline office processes
Office Administrator - Requirements:
- 2-years previous experience in a related field is preferred
- Must have intermediate computer skills and proficient with using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to handle a high volume and fast paced work environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Extreme attention to detail
- Professional demeanor interacting with clients
- Clear communicator and quick thinker
- Strong multi-tasker, ability to retain information quickly, and displays good judgement
