Job Overview:
We are a small CPA firm with 30+ years in Atlantic County seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our daily operation and client service efforts.
Duties:
- Assist with client communications, both written and verbal, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Maintain and organize electronic filing systems
- Provide customer support and address inquiries
- Assist with scheduling appointments and answering multi-line phone system
- Assist with greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to perform data entry accurately
