Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our systems.
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately
- Enter customer orders into the system
- Organize and maintain files and databases
- Transcribe information from paper documents into digital formats
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist in data collection and management
- Utilize Excel to create and update spreadsheets
- Work with various data entry systems
- Create and manage pivot tables for data analysis
- Provide general clerical support as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to file and maintain records accurately
- Experience with transcribing data accurately
- Proficient typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with data collection processes and systems
- Knowledge of pivot tables for data manipulation and analysis
