Position Summary:
RLM Underground is seeking an organized and reliable Front Office Assistant to join our team in Springfield, KY. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and will serve as a welcoming and helpful presence for our guests and team members. Good phone etiquette and a working knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs is required.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Communicate with Subcontractors and customers via phone and connect them with the correct person.

Greet guests and facilitate as needed.

Maintain an organized and presentable front office area.

Serve as the point of contact for mail deliveries.
Assist with other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:
Qualifications

Proven experience with MS Office and google docs.

High school graduate or equivalent.

Detail-oriented and good organizational skills.

2 years of experience in an office setting.

Be a team player and maintain a positiv
e attitude. -
Professional phone etiquette.

Attention to detail in entering, and maintaining data.

Written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
