Responsibilities:
- Prepare various kitchen dishes and ingredients according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely services.
- Follow health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience preferred
- Knowledge of seafood and Japanese cuisine.
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Availability during the week and weekends
