Open House Texas Realty and Investments LLC is a full-service, high-volume real estate investment and property management company that provides single-family rentals to international investors. As a Property Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing back-office administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of property management processes within our company. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around administrative tasks such as data analysis, audits, and documentation management. Your attention to detail and administrative expertise will be instrumental in maintaining efficient office operations and supporting property management efficiency.
This is a position that will be based in Addison, TX and is an in office position only (remote work is not available for this position).
Responsibilities and Duties
Administrative support for various functions of the Property Management Department and the Company overall
This would include but not be limited to the following:
- Auditing: Conduct audits on property-related data and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and summaries based on audit findings for review by management.
- Data Analysis: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities. Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Coordination Assistance: Support coordination with various teams in the PM department as directed by management.

Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in an office environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and documentation management.
- Ability to maintain professional timelines for task completion per employer standards.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and or MS Office and ability to learn other softwares.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate professionally with colleagues.
- Experience in conducting audits and analyzing data is a plus.
- Familiarity with HOA or property management practices is beneficial but not required.
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office position only (Remote work is NOT available for this position)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm
