Northwest Title is looking for a Closing Branch Administrator to join our team.
Please note - this is an in-office role. This is not a remote position.

This role reports to the Closing Services Manager and offers a career path for professional advancement.
What does the Closing Branch Administrator at Northwest Title do?
- This role combines customer service, and administrative tasks.
- Creates positive client and closing day experiences by taking full responsibility for managing the front desk, lobby, conference rooms, and office calendar, including actively greeting and seating all clients as needed in designated closing rooms.
- Solves problems and maintains grace under pressure.
- Provides a wide range of administrative support, including scheduling meetings and real estate closings and engaging in phone and email communications with staff, vendors, and customers.
- Manages office supply inventory and orders.
- Work on administrative tasks involved in processing a real estate contract, including but not limited to:
- Support the office team with light post-closing duties as needed.
- Ensure all steps in the process are documented correctly
- Other transaction processing tasks and support tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum typing speed of 55 WPM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Strong, effective, efficient, and highly polished communication skills, in-person, written, and over the phone
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and consistently exercise discretion and judgment
- Openness to receiving feedback
- This role requires regular lifting (up to 50 lbs.), restocking, and a significant amount of walking throughout the day
- Must have a satisfactory background check
